Ryde High School have enjoyed another successful year with the Ryde High Global Rock team. The student committee of Gemma Kaye, Tish Mitchell, Katie Hayles, Katie Salmon, Bernie Kennedy and Sadie Tompkins McLean have led the team through twice weekly rehearsals and faced the challenge of clashes with school trips and the IOW Festival to name a few. However they and the team rose to the challenge and have won a number of awards with the theme of ‘The Darkness Binds Them’.
